2)  私は、向上心をもって、倫理的でプロフェッショナルなビジネス活動を行います。

3)  私は、誠実さと道徳心をもって、自らを律しながらビジネス活動を行います。

4)  私は、ニュー スキンのミッションの実現を目指します。人を欺いたり、非合法的で非倫理的なビジネス活動（小売販売活動、スポンサー活動）は、一切行いません。

5)  私は、ニュー スキンの「ディストリビューター規約」および社団法人 日本訪問販売協会の「自主行動基準」を守ります。また、私は、特定商取引に関する法律など、私の独立事業に関連するすべての法規制を遵守します。

6)  私は、常に誠実さをもって、プロフェッショナルな方法により、ニュー スキンの製品やビジネスの機会を伝えます。決して、不正確で事実に反する説明や、強引な販売・勧誘はしません。

7)  私は、売上や収入実績、その可能性について、事実に反する説明をしません。私は、成功とは、強い決意とたゆまぬ努力があってこそ、初めて実現するものと理解しています。

8)  私は、個人で消費・小売販売できる数量以上の製品購入を勧めません。

9)  私は、ダウンラインが正しいビジネス活動によって成功できるようトレーニングし、顧客に質の高いサービスを提供するなど、ニュー スキン ビジネスの発展のために力を尽くします。

10) 私は、この「ディストリビューター行動基準」を遵守します。また、いかなる場合も、他者に対し、本行動基準を違反するよう説得・誘導・強制はしません。私は、そうした行為自体が本行動基準に違反すると共に、ニュー スキンの「ディストリビューター規約」にも違反することを理解しています。

1) I will act as a Force for Good throughout the world.

2) I will constantly strive for excellence in cultivating moral and professional business relationships.

3) I will conduct myself with integrity and honor as I build my business.

4) I will uphold the values of Nu Skin and not engage in deceptive, unlawful or unethical consumer or recruiting practices that may reflect poorly on Nu Skin Japan.

5) I will support and advocate Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures, as well as, the Code of Conduct of the Direct Selling Association. I will also abide by any and all laws that govern my independent business, including the Specified Commercial Transactions Law.

6) I will represent Nu Skin’s products and opportunity ethically and professionally. I will not make any representation or sales offer that is not accurate and truthful.

7) I will not misrepresent actual or potential sales or earnings. I understand that each person’s success depends upon their hard work and commitment to the business.

8) I will not encourage or advise others to buy more product than they can sell or consume.

9) I will, to the best of my ability, train, support, educate and motivate my fellow distributors and my customers.

10) I will uphold this CODE OF CONDUCT and I will not, in any way, attempt to persuade, induce, or coerce another individual to breach this Code. Any such action is considered a violation of this Code and, therefore, is a violation of Nu Skin’s Policies and Procedures.
